PRESENTATION
Over the past few years, as our Federation has developed, the need has become apparent to organize a "work area" managed by a team of professionals with expertise in the utility and defense sectors.
This new project aims to enhance the profile of our Federation and, above all, to meet the growing demand for working trials aimed at enhancing the genetic pool of the breeds subjected to this test, such as BH/VT, ZTP, and IGP1-2-3.
In addition to this important objective, this team will organize trials and events aimed at increasing sporting activities (IGP) open to all breeds without any restrictions.
Kristina Shvets is a leading trainer, handler, and breeder of Dobermans, with a world-class track record, including having won several IDC world titles both as a breeder and as a handler. She will be supported by a technical team whose role will be to structure not only a program of events, but above all to propose strategies to grow the sporting movement and will be able to propose and advance initiatives to support the scheduled events.
Program and Objectives
The program, which was presented on December 20, 2025, for the first year, will be aimed at supporting the selection trials for breeds wishing to be hosted in Albania. Furthermore, two dates are planned where all competitors will be able to take a multi-day test consisting of BH/VT, IGP 1, 2, 3, and ZTP for the Doberman. These tests, with final exams, are open to all dog breeds.
Finally, ad hoc seminars will be organized for all breeds and all working trials, to meet every possible need, including the presence of leading international FCI-certified working judges.
Our Federation's goal is not only to strengthen this synergy between the working world and the world of shows, but above all to recognize sporting activities with dogs as an absolute value, regardless of breed, always in accordance with FCI regulations, with the absolute prerogative of sport and equalized free activities. This new area dedicated to work boasts a pool of serious, qualified and trained professionals able to satisfy any work need for any breed.
