Specialized Associations

The Specialized Association is associated with the Federation Cynologique of Albania (F.K.SH) of which it observes the Statute, Regulations, resolutions, and determines them scrupulously, fulfilling the tasks that will be delegated to it under the direction, supervision, and control of the F.K.SH.

The Specialized Association has as its purpose the genetic improvement of the populations, the study, enhancement, increase, and use of the breeds subject to its protection, also carrying out the research and verification tasks entrusted by the F.K.SH and providing the necessary technical support to the Central Technical Commission provided for by the Disciplinary of the Genealogical Book.

To this end, the Specialized Association periodically provides the F.K.SH with a report on the situation of the breed, together with the selection objectives that it intends to pursue and the results obtained.

The Specialized Association assists, to the extent of its possibilities, its members in all initiatives that have a general interest aimed at achieving the statutory purposes.

The Specialized Association organizes events directly and under the tutelage and in collaboration with the F.K.SH, with the dog societies recognized by it, or with other entities also interested in the development and dissemination of dog breeding.

Through the publication of studies and articles in specialized magazines, the Specialized Society promotes the theoretical and practical preparation of those interested in breeds in relation to zootechnical and hunting aspects, breeding, and practical use.

No more than one association can be recognized per breed or group of breeds.
